Your five free Chuck requests are separate from your five free analyses; both are lifetime allowances. On Free, your remaining Chuck requests appear above the message box in conversations with Chuck. Once used, you can still save shared content and talk with other people, subject to fair-use and safety limits. Conversations with people do not use your analysis or Chuck allowance.

Refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
